Comprehensive education on the philosophy, principles, and techniques of Kundalini Yoga
A Kundalini teacher training to deepen connection and self realization. Those who would like to teach kundalini yoga will receive a 100 hr Kundalini Teacher Training certificate upon successful completion of all core elements of the training.
Participants learn about the various kriyas (sets of exercises), meditations, and other practices associated with Kundalini Yoga. The training often covers anatomy and physiology, as well as the spiritual and energetic aspects of the practice.

Registration deadline July 31st. $222 plus GST deposit required by this date and non refundable after this date. Balance due by September 6th.
