Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by the warm smiles of our dedicated team and community members, creating an immediate sense of belonging. Our serene studio environment is designed to foster tranquility and serenity, setting the stage for your practice.
Not sure which class is right for you? Our experienced instructors are always available to guide you in selecting a practice that aligns with your goals and preferences. Whether you’re seeking an invigorating flow, a gentle restorative experience, or something in between, we have a class that suits your needs.
We recommend arriving a bit early to settle into the ambiance and get acquainted with our facilities. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and if you have your own mat, feel free to bring it along. If not, we have mats available for your convenience.
To maintain a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly request that you silence your devices, and if you arrive after a class has started, please enter the studio quietly. Most importantly, honor your practice and your fellow yogis by being present in the moment.
After your class, take a moment to savor the post-yoga glow and connect with your fellow practitioners in our welcoming community space. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our classes and memberships, our friendly staff will be delighted to assist you.
Coming to your first yoga class is easy. Simply setup an account on our booking software (free) to check out the passes and view the schedule.
Alchemy offers many different class styles. Depending on the reason you would like to begin yoga will depend on the class we recommend for you. Check out the class descriptions on the styles of practice page. If there are any other questions send us a note by visiting our contact page.
Alchemy has classes held in 3 different temperatures:
Room Temperature or Non-heated
Warm ( 23 degrees – 32 degrees)
Hot (32 degrees – 43 degrees)
Each class will have the temperature listed before the class name on the schedule page. If there are any questions about temperatures please let us know by sending us a note.
An outfit that is comfortable is most important. No need to make an extra shopping trip, your current comfy/athletic clothes will be a great outfit to show up in. We recommend staying clear of cotton if you can. Great for PJ’s not for sweating
We have mats available to borrow.
Drinking a sufficient amount of water will make it easy for your body to sweat naturally. Couple this with eating a light amount before class to ensure you have energy to make it through the class.
We recommend that you hydrate before, during and after class. You should also ensure you’ve consumed enough food to have the energy required for your practice. Electrolytes are also important and highly recommended.
If you are leaving town, recovering from an injury or simply taking a break from yoga and would like to cancel your pass, we are here to support you through life’s changes. Simply send us an email or talk to us in studio and we’ll help you with your cancellation request.
