Join us for a special Mental Health Week offering—a gentle and restorative practice designed to support your well-being. This session begins with a cleansing flow, incorporating mindful movement and a few long-hold stretches to release tension from the body. We will then transition into Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”—a guided meditation that invites you into a profound state of effortless relaxation.

Yoga Nidra allows you to experience deep rest while remaining fully aware.

Through this practice, you will be guided to quiet the mind, observe sensations and emotions without attachment, and access a state of blissful inner stillness. It is a powerful tool for stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

This non-heated class is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a space to slow down, restore, and reconnect.

While this class is free of charge, donations are welcome. All contributions will be donated to Cochrane Family Services, supporting mental health and wellness in our community.
