Alchemy Fire

Ignite your inner passion & vitality

Fire yoga

As we engage in dynamic, heat-building postures and pranayama practices, we stoke the fires of transformation within. This fiery practice purifies, energizes, and empowers us to embrace life’s challenges with courage and zeal.

Hot 26

hot class

This class is sequenced and stays relatively the same no matter which instructor teaches it. A strong dialogue guides students through a series of 26 poses, and if time permits, students can expect some core strength building exercises. Each pose is completed twice, the first held for one minute and the second for 30 seconds. Expect a challenging, hot and humid class that is good for ALL body types and abilities! If you have lower back issues or have lost strength and mobility in your joints, this very healing class will help build strength and flexibility.

Power Hour

This is a 50 minute power vinyasa flow class. Students can expect a breath focused and rigorous practice. Come in and sweat, move and breathe on your lunch break! 

Vinyasa Power

This is a power vinyasa flow class with a focus on strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Students can expect an athletic and dynamic vinyasa sequence that challenges the mind and body.

Water yoga

The fluidity of Water Yoga mirrors the graceful flow of life itself. With sequences that emulate the gentle currents of water, we dive into emotional exploration and fluid movement. This style encourages us to release tension, go with the flow, and cultivate adaptability.

Prenatal classes

Prenatal yoga is yoga with a focus on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant bodies. Yoga poses are avoided where they may be too stressful on joints and the pelvic area when you’re expecting. Prenatal yoga also emphasizes breathing, stretches and strengthening moves that help your body prepare for labor.

Moon classes

A series of movements held at room temperature with a primary focus on the hips. This class includes the dynamic sequence of watery moon salutations, the opposite of the fiery sun salutations. This class will assist you with unwinding after a day of work and ease your way into your evening.

Vinyasa moderate

This vinyasa flow yoga class incorporates innovative sequences and poses from various styles of yoga linked by sun salutations. Classes will focus on synchronizing your breath with dynamic and fluid movements, allowing students to move intuitively and build a personal journey within their body and mind. This class is recommended for all levels.

Vinyasa Gentle

Earth

Earth yoga

Rooted in stability and groundedness, Earth Yoga allows us to connect deeply with the physical world. Through asanas that cultivate strength and endurance, we harmonize with the earth element. This practice helps us find balance, nurture resilience, and establish a solid foundation in our yoga journey.

Yin

warm class

This is a beautiful class with long holding postures. You will use comfortable props to assist you in the long holding stretches. This class is a compliment to a busy lifestyle or if you regularly practice a yang style of yoga.

Yin helps to restore and keep the natural mobility of the joints. An energetic flow and emotional balancing takes place. Yin can help with weight loss, reduce stress, increase circulation, deep tissue release , lower heart rate, balance the mind, reduce effects of disease, boost brain function and invites calm into the whole body. Everyone can do Yin!

Yin with Aromatherapy

Join us for this restorative class enhanced with the use essential oils for aromatherapy. We create a soothing and relaxing environment to support you as you are guided through a series of restorative postures to ease into and unwind.

Slow Flow to Bowls

Slow vinyasa flow to crystal bowl meditation. In this class, students will experience a gentle vinyasa flow to remove excess energy from the body before settling into a comfortable meditation enjoying the power of sound healing with quartz crystal bowls.

The tones produced by crystal bowls are heard by the ear and the vibrations are felt by the body affecting the energy centres (chakras) for healing, balancing & meditation.

Flow to Nidra

A cleansing flow with a few long hold stretches, finishing with yoga Nidra meditation.

Nidra is where we are fully aware of the quieting of our thoughts to witness the experience, the sensations and feelings, but to not be overwhelmed by them. Safely staying within yourself.

Restorative

Allow yourself to slow down, stop and let go. You deserve to nourish your body with complete rest and relaxation. In these restorative classes we will use props to fully support the body in poses with the goal of experiencing relaxation.

Come and quiet the mind, soothe your nervous system and embrace stillness.

Restorative & Bowls

The practice of Spirit Yoga transcends the physical realm, leading us to the boundless space of consciousness. Through meditation, mindfulness, and visualization techniques, we tap into the ethereal element. This practice helps us find stillness and inner peace.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga incorporates dynamic movement, breathwork, mantra, sound and meditation to stimulate and move the kundalini energy withinin the body. Exercises are combined in a specific order and amount of time to create therapeutic “kriyas” (complete action) with periods of rest in between.

Kundalini yoga is often referred to as “the yoga of awareness” as it deepens body, mind, and emotional awareness as well as invites the release of stored emotions, focus the mind, strengthens the nervous system and increase vitality. This practice is suitable for all students.
