SUP Yoga with Hayley

Join Hayley at Harmony Lake in Springbank for a Rejuvenating SUP Yoga Experience

Bring your Floating Mat (Stand Up Paddle Board) for a 60-minute SUP yoga class, followed by a short paddle to explore the tranquil beauty of the lake. Meet at the main beach club (south beach) 15 minutes prior to class time to ensure you’re ready to paddle at the start of the session. Arrive early to prepare your inflatable paddle boards.

No Stand-Up Paddleboard experience is required, but comfort around water and the ability to swim 20 meters is necessary.

What to Bring:

  • SUP equipment (board, paddle, leash)
  • Canadian Coast Guard approved PFD and whistle
  • Towel, water, change of clothes
  • Sun hat, sunscreen, jacket (for cooler evenings)
  • Water shoes (recommended for rocky shorelines)

If you don’t have a paddle board, Hayley has extras available for loan. Visit the website or ask in the studio to make a request (limited availability, first come first serve).

In case of inclement weather (temperatures below 15°C, high winds, heavy rain, or lightning), you will be notified of cancellations at least 2 hours before class.

Maximum Participants: 12

Classes must be prepaid during sign-up. If a class is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a credit for your next SUP Yoga class.
